We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters for us. We just handle the day-to-day tasks of construction. Whether it's sorting out foundations or getting the roofing right, we are usually right there. Ernakulam is always growing, and there is always a need for more space, so we stay fairly busy. Our office is simple, just a place to keep our tools and papers. We talk to people directly, and we don't use any corporate jargon. If something goes wrong on a site, we go there and fix it. That's just how we operate. We've been at this address for a while and have gotten to know the locals. Most of our projects are within a short drive from the office. We aren't looking to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do our jobs and go home. People seem to appreciate that we are honest about what we can do and what we can't. It's a slow and steady process, building things that actually work for the community. We've seen a lot of changes in Ernakulam, and we just keep doing what we know best.
