If you’re driving down NH-47 near Changampuzha Nagar, you’ve probably seen the Crescens Tower. We are up on the fifth floor in Suite 515. Being that high up gives us a pretty good view of the traffic on the highway, which is usually backed up during the mornings. The office is part of a larger business block, so there’s always people in the elevators and a lot of noise from the other floors. It’s a 25/578 A 4 address if you are looking at the official records. We’ve been in this Kochi spot for a while now, and it suits our needs for structural work planning. The office isn't huge, but we have enough space for the computers and the drafting tables. We spend a lot of time drinking coffee and looking at site reports. The tower management keeps things running, though the parking can be a bit of a nightmare if you arrive late in the day. Ernakulam is always growing, and being right on the bypass makes it easier for us to get to different parts of the city. We don't really do walk-in customers much, it’s mostly just us and the project managers. It’s a busy environment, but we’ve managed to make our suite feel a bit more like home with a few plants that someone forgets to water. It’s just a regular office where we do the heavy lifting on paper.
