CHACKRAVELIL BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS LLP

We set up Chackravelil Builders and Developers LLP right at the Hospital Junction in Mulanthuruthy. Our office is on the first floor of Galileee Tower, room 16/387-G. It is a convenient spot because everyone knows where the junction is. We have been operating out of this part of Ernakulam for some time now. Dealing with construction means we spend a lot of time traveling between the office and different sites. Some days are just filled with meetings about blueprints or talking to the guys doing the masonry. We are not a corporate giant with hundreds of employees. It is a more personal setup. We handle the day-to-day tasks ourselves, from checking the accounts to visiting the construction plots to see how things are progressing. The area around Mulanthuruthy is growing fast, and we see new buildings going up all the time. We try to stay focused on doing a solid job for the people who come to us. It can be stressful when materials get delayed or the costs of cement go up unexpectedly, but we manage. The office is not anything special, just a place to keep our files and meet with clients. We usually have the fans going full blast because it gets quite warm in the afternoons. If you need to find us, just look for the tower near the hospital. We are usually around unless we have had to run out to a site or the bank.
