Cemcore Constructions is run out of Thuruthiyil House in Mulanthuruthy. Kurian T V started things here, and we’ve kept the operation based in the Kadumgamangalam area for quite some time now. It’s a quiet spot in Thiruvamkulam, which is nice because construction itself is usually pretty loud and chaotic. We handle various building projects around this part of Kerala. Usually, the day starts early with us trying to figure out which truck is arriving first and where the labor team needs to be. It’s not a corporate setup with a lot of departments. It’s just a few of us making sure the foundations are right and the walls go up straight. We’ve had some long days where things didn't go as planned, maybe a late delivery or a bit of rain that slowed us down, but we just push through it. People around here know the house and know who to talk to if they need something built. We don't spend much time on fancy office work; we'd rather be out seeing the concrete get poured. It’s about getting the job done without making a big fuss about it. We’ve lived in this community for years, so we care about the structures we leave behind in the neighborhood. It's just honest, local work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday, and sometimes Sundays too when a deadline is tight. We just do what we can to keep the progress steady.
