CBS CONSTRUCTIONS LLP

We’ve been based out of Cheernamkudy House here in Kuzhivelippady for a while now. CBS Constructions LLP isn't some big fancy office in the city center; we’re right here in Kunnathunad, making things happen on the ground. Most days involve a lot of calls about cement deliveries or checking on how the site work is progressing in Ernakulam. It gets busy, and sometimes the weather in Kerala doesn't cooperate with our schedules, but that is just how construction goes. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and workers. It’s hard work, and there is always something that needs fixing or a plan that needs a slight tweak. We just keep our heads down and get the building done. The address is 343/14, and neighbors know us as the people always coming and going with site plans. We started small and stayed that way to keep track of everything ourselves. It isn’t always glamorous work, especially when the mud is thick or the sun is beating down, but we like seeing a structure finally stand up where there was nothing before. It’s practical work for people who don't mind getting their hands dirty. We try to keep things straightforward with everyone we deal with. No one here is wearing a suit most of the time. We just focus on the projects in front of us and try to make sure everything stays on schedule as much as possible.
