You can find us at Castlestone Builders & Consultants on the first floor of the Villiadath Building. That’s in Chalikkavattom, over in the Vennala area. Our door number is 47/764-D. We’re a mix of builders and consultants, so we spend half our time looking at plans and the other half dealing with the actual construction side of things. Vennala is a pretty active part of town, so there is always something going on around the office. We aren't the type of people who wear suits and sit in air-conditioned rooms all day. Most of us have boots that are usually a bit dusty. We take on building projects and give advice to people who aren’t sure how to start their own construction. It’s a lot of back-and-forth, figuring out what can actually be built on a piece of land. The Villiadath Building is easy to spot if you know the area. We like being in Chalikkavattom because it’s central for us. We just keep our heads down and work on whatever project is next on the list. Sometimes it’s a small house, other times it’s something bigger, but the work is mostly the same. We don’t have a big PR team or anything like that. It’s just us, some computers, a lot of blueprints, and plenty of tea to keep us going through the afternoon. That’s the way we’ve always done it here.
