If you ever find yourself walking down Court Road, you might notice Kizhakkamassery Towers. That’s where we are, specifically in unit 17/328B. Canaan Builders & Developers Private Limited is basically a group of local people who know how to put a building together. We spend a lot of our time on site or huddled around a desk with a lot of blueprints. It’s not a glamorous job, to be honest. There’s a lot of dust and phone calls involved. We’ve been at this for a bit, and we’ve learned that things rarely go exactly as planned on the first try. We deal with the delays and the weather just like everyone else. The office is usually filled with the sound of someone typing or a fan humming in the corner. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. We just talk to the clients directly and figure out what they need for their houses or commercial spaces. Sometimes we stay late when a project is at a turning point. It's a bit of a maze in this building, but once you find our door, it's pretty quiet inside. We just focus on the bricks and the cement and the paperwork that follows it all around. It's honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We don't try to be something we aren't. We're just builders trying to do a decent job on every project that comes our way. It is a long process, but we just take it one floor at a time.
