BREC PROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED has its office in the Brothers Arcade. If you’re coming through Kuzhikadu, you’ll see us right across from the SNDP Mandir. It’s a pretty easy place to find in Ambalamedu. We spend most of our time dealing with project management and the hands-on side of construction. It’s not always pretty. There’s usually dust on the boots and a lot of phone calls to make sure materials show up on time. We’ve been around this part of town for a bit and we like being close to the industrial side of things. It makes sense for the type of work we do. The team is just a handful of us who know our way around a site. We don't spend much on flashy signs or big ads. Most of our work comes from just being here and getting the job done right. Sometimes we stay late when a project is hitting a deadline, but that's part of the trade. We drink a lot of tea and look over plans until they make sense. Ambalamedu has its own pace, and we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We handle the technical stuff, the permits, and the coordination. It’s a lot of back and forth with different people, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just one that people in the area can rely on when they have a project that needs finishing. We just get on with it every single day.
