You can find Asten Mather Developers Private Limited right on the NH By-Pass in Vennala. We are on the second floor of the Asten building, just across from where the Spices Board is located. Being on the bypass is handy because it’s easy for us to get to our different project sites around Ernakulam. The traffic can be a nightmare though, so we try to time our trips carefully. Our office is a busy place with people coming and going all day. We deal with property development, so there are always maps and plans rolled up on the tables. We aren't trying to be some high-flying corporate firm; we are just a group of people working in the local real estate market. Some days we are stuck in the office doing paperwork, and other days we are out in the sun looking at land. It’s a mix of both. Ernakulam is always changing, with new buildings going up everywhere you look. We try to keep up with it all without getting too stressed out. If you’re coming from the bypass, you can’t really miss us. We don't have a huge staff, just the folks who know the business well. It’s practical work and it keeps us busy from morning till night. We’ve been here in Vennala for a while and we plan to stay. That is how we make our living.
