Array Building and Maintenance is over in Kumbalam, right at the Madhumathi House. We are on the first floor there. It’s a quiet enough spot near the water, which is nice when the weather is good. We handle various building tasks and general maintenance work for people in the Ernakulam area. It started as a small idea and just kind of grew into what it is today. We aren't a big firm. It’s more of a local group of workers who know how to handle tools. Most of our days are spent on the road or at a job site. The office is mostly for the paperwork and meeting folks when they need to talk about a project. We chose Kumbalam because it’s a bit away from the main city noise but still close enough to get anywhere quickly. Maintenance is one of those things where you never know what you’re going to get. One day it's a simple repair, and the next it's a whole list of problems with a roof or some plumbing. We just take it as it comes. We’ve got some good people working with us who have been doing this for years. We don't have a lot of polished brochures or sales people. We just talk to people like humans and figure out what they need done for their house.
