APLUS CONTRACTING MAINTENANCE (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

Aplus Contracting Maintenance is based out of K.K House in Punnakkappara. It is an OPC, so it is a bit of a smaller setup, run through the C/O of Fasila K P. We handle a lot of maintenance work, which means we are usually covered in a bit of dust or carrying around tools. Our office isn't really a place for showing off. It is more of a base where we keep our supplies and organize our schedule for the week. Punnakkappara is a nice place to be located. It is quiet enough to get work done but close enough to the main areas where people need repairs. We don't have a lot of fancy office furniture. We have some sturdy shelves and a couple of desks that have seen better days. That doesn't matter much to us as long as the work gets done. We handle things like fixing leaks, painting, and general upkeep for buildings. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes we have to work late if a job is proving to be difficult, but that is just part of the contracting life. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just look at what needs fixing and we do our best to get it sorted out for the folks in the area.
