ANUGRAHA LAND DEVELOPERS AND BUILDERS PRIVATE LIMITED

We are based out of Mulamkuzhy in Malayattoor, which is near Kalady in Ernakulam. The office is at 7/83. It’s a nice part of the world to work in, even if the work itself is often tiring. We deal with land development and building. Most days we are out looking at plots or talking to contractors. It’s a lot of standing around in the sun and making sure the measurements are right. We aren't a big city firm with shiny suits. We’re just local guys who know the land around Kalady. Sometimes the ground is harder than we expected or the rain turns everything into a swamp, but we find a way to keep going. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy talk. We just explain what needs to happen and then we do it. It’s a simple business. We’ve seen a lot of people move into this area recently, and it’s kept us quite busy. We just take one project at a time and try not to get overwhelmed when things get hectic. The office is a quiet place where we handle the books and meet people who want to talk about their land. We’ve been part of this community for a long time, and we just want to keep doing what we do best without making a big fuss about it. If things take a little longer than planned, we usually just tell you straight why that is. We stay honest and just keep working.
