Ankans Infra Private Limited

Our company, Ankans Infra Private Limited, is based at Pattarumadom House on Chithra Lane in Aluva. It’s quite near the Aluva post office. We’ve been operating from this spot in Ernakulam for a good bit now. The lane is usually quiet, which helps when we're trying to focus on project drawings or budget sheets. It’s a simple office, nothing like the big corporate buildings you see in the city center. We have a few desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of project photos pinned up. We don’t use fancy language to describe ourselves because we aren't fancy people. We’re just local guys who know about infrastructure and construction. Most of our days involve coordinating with suppliers or visiting sites to make sure everything is going okay. We don't have a big advertising budget; we just rely on doing the work properly and letting that speak for us. Chithra Lane is a nice place to work from, and being in Aluva makes it easy to travel around the district. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when the whole team is in, but it’s a good kind of busy. We don't have a receptionist, so if you come by, you’ll probably just see one of us at a desk. We prefer to keep things straightforward and honest without any of the usual business fluff. It's just how we run things here. There’s usually someone around to answer the phone during the day.
