Amkochi Infra Developers Private Limited

Amkochi Infra Developers is based in Tripunithara, specifically on the first floor at XVIII/264F. We have been working around Ernakulam for a while now. Most days start early with a lot of phone calls about materials and checking on the sites. It gets pretty busy in this part of town, especially with the traffic near the office. We deal with basic infrastructure stuff, mostly fixing things up or getting new projects started from the ground. It is not always easy with the rain here, as everyone in Kerala knows. Sometimes the work stops for days because of the monsoon, but we just wait it out and start again when it clears up. Our office is just a regular place where we keep our files and meet people to discuss plans. We are not a big fancy corporation with hundreds of people. It is just us trying to get the job done properly. People around here know where we are if they need to talk about building something. We spend a lot of time on the road, going from one spot to another. Some days are just filled with paperwork which isn't the fun part, but it has to be done for the legal side of things. We just try to keep things moving along without too much fuss. If you walk up to the first floor, you'll usually find someone there unless we are all out at a site somewhere. It is a simple life but it keeps us busy.
