Our office is located at 33/1053 in Trinity Crown, 5B, right in the Edappally area. It’s a busy part of town, and being in a building like Trinity Crown means we are right in the middle of everything happening in this section of Ernakulam. Amia Builders And Developers Private Limited has been running out of this space for some time. It’s a bit of a climb up if the lift is being slow, but once you’re inside, it’s a quiet place where we can actually get some work done. We don’t have a lot of flashy signs or a big reception desk. It’s mostly just us at our computers or looking over plans on the big table. Edappally is always moving, and you can see the traffic and the changes in the skyline from the windows. We spend a lot of our time coordinating with different crews and making sure our building materials are where they need to be. It’s a lot of juggling, but we’ve been doing it long enough that we have a rhythm down. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to keep our projects on track and deal with our clients in a normal, person-to-person way. Most days are pretty long, starting early and finishing whenever the last email is sent, but that’s just how it goes when you’re in the building trade.
