We are based over in Mulavukad, specifically at Pandaraparambil. If you know the area, you know it's a bit quieter than the main city parts, which we like. Our work is all about construction, so we spend most of our time out in the sun or under the rain, depending on the season. It's hard work, and our hands show it. We aren't sitting in air-conditioned rooms all day. We’re out there checking on bricks, cement, and how the walls are going up. The name might sound a bit different, but we’re just local people who know how to build things. We started this because we liked seeing something tangible at the end of the day. There’s a lot of sweat involved in construction, and sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned, like when the truck with the sand is late or the weather turns bad suddenly. We just deal with it and keep moving. Our office space in Mulavukad is mostly just for storing tools and keeping the basic records. We prefer being at the site anyway. It’s a simple way to make a living, and we’ve been doing it long enough to know the local ground and how to work with it. We don't have a big marketing team, just our reputation among the people who live nearby. It’s about building stuff that lasts and being honest about what it takes to get it done. We hope to stay right here at Pandaraparambil for many more years.
