Our place is at No- 21 in Vengola. It is a straightforward shop for people who are building or fixing things. We have stacks of cement bags inside and some steel piles near the entrance. Vengola is a place where people know each other, so we get a lot of neighbors coming in. We don't have a fancy showroom. It's just a sturdy building with enough space to store everything away from the rain. Most of the time, it's just one or two of us here handling the orders. We lift a lot of heavy stuff every day, so we don't really need to go to a gym. Sometimes we have to wait a few days for new stock to arrive from the city, and we just have to tell customers to come back later. They usually don't mind. We keep a simple schedule, opening early and closing when it gets dark. The floor is usually covered in a bit of cement dust no matter how much we sweep. It's just the way it is with this kind of work. We handle the deliveries with a small truck we’ve had for years. It’s not the fastest, but it gets the job done.
