It’s a lot of loading and unloading trucks and talking to people about what kind of cement or steel they need. We aren't a big, cold warehouse. We are just a local business in Cherlayam. Working from Earath House gives it a more personal feel. We know most of the contractors and builders who come through our doors. We don't have a polished sales pitch. If we have what you need, we tell you. If we don't, we try to find it elsewhere. It’s a busy life in Kunnamkulam because there is always someone building something new. We like being the place people come to for their building stuff. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty from all the materials moving in and out, but that’s just how it is in this business.
