Our office is on the first floor of the Regency Trade Center, which is at number 414. It’s right near the Puthiyatheru bus stop in Chirakkal, so it’s a very easy place to find if you’re taking public transport. Kannur-670011 is where we’ve set up shop. The trade center is a busy place with a lot of different businesses coming and going. We handle MEP services, which means we’re often looking at plumbing diagrams or electrical layouts on our desks. The office has a lot of light coming in from the windows, but it can get a bit loud when the buses pull up outside. We aren't a big corporation, just a team that knows how to handle the technical side of buildings. There is a small tea stall nearby where we usually get our afternoon drinks. We’ve got a few computers and some shelves full of technical manuals that we’ve collected over the years. The walls are mostly bare, except for a couple of maps and some project deadlines we’ve scribbled down. It’s a practical space for us to meet up before we head out to different job sites in the area. We don’t bother with fancy furniture; we just need a place that works. Being on the first floor is good because we can see what’s happening on the street without having to climb too many stairs. It’s our little corner of Chirakkal.
