You can find Aarombor Developer Private Limited over at Heavenly Plaza in Vazhakkala. We're in unit E8, which is right in the Kakkanad area of Ernakulam. It's a pretty busy part of town with all the development going on, so it makes sense for us to be here. We spend our days dealing with the ins and outs of property development. Some days are just filled with endless phone calls and trying to sort out supplies. It’s not always glamorous, and the office can get a bit messy with blueprints and coffee cups everywhere. We’ve been working out of this spot in Kerala for a while now. We know the roads and the local people fairly well. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that; we just focus on the projects we have in front of us. Working in Ernakulam keeps us on our toes because things change so fast around here. We try to be sensible about how we manage our projects. It's mostly just about getting the foundations right and making sure the finishing work isn't rushed.
