A&F ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTORS LLP is situated at 21/152 Corrazone Panadanz, right near Cochin University in Ernakulam. Being so close to the university means there is always a lot of energy and people around. We are engineers and constructors who spend a lot of time on our feet. Our office is more of a practical space where we keep our tools, maps, and coffee mugs. We do not have a receptionist or a fancy waiting room; you just walk in and talk to whoever is there at the desk. We handle a lot of the technical side of building, making sure the math works and the materials are right for the Kochi soil. It is a busy life in the 682022 area.
