A A & T is a small company that operates out of Thaliyil House in Vennala. Our address is 46/3653, and it’s a spot that feels more like a home than a typical corporate office. Vennala is a nice, settled area of the city, and we like being based here. We handle engineering and contracting work, which means our days are never really the same. One day we might be stuck at our desks doing calculations, and the next day we are out at a dusty construction site. There is usually a lot of activity at Thaliyil House in the mornings when the crews come by to get their instructions. We have a lot of old ledgers and blueprints stacked up in the corner. It isn't the most modern setup, but it works for what we need. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights out front. We are just a local engineering firm doing our bit in the neighborhood. Most of our work comes from word of mouth around Kochi. People know us as the folks from Vennala who handle building projects. We try to be honest about what can be done and how long it will take. The office is often a bit cluttered with tools and site equipment that hasn't been moved yet. That is just the reality of being contractors. We enjoy the work, even when it’s tiring.
