We’re located over in Kadma village, specifically in the Tola Kadma area of Tetaria block. You can find us at Inderajeet Kumar’s place. It’s a small operation, but we stay busy. Being part of the Semrahan panchayat means we’re connected to a lot of families who have been here for generations. We’re all farmers at heart, so forming this company felt like a natural step for us. We don't have a lot of expensive equipment or a fancy office. Most of our work happens out in the sun or under a shady tree while we talk things through. It’s about making sure we can all get by. Sometimes the prices for our crops aren't what we hoped for, and those are the hard days. But we stick together. We share what we know and help each other out when someone’s tractor breaks down or the help doesn't show up. It’s not a corporate setup with rules and manuals. We just use common sense and try to be fair. Life here in Kadma is about the seasons and the soil. We’re just trying to keep our community strong.
