Dari Agriculture Farmers Producer Company Limited is a local setup we have over in Rabodh. We operate out of Chhotka Manjhi’s place, he is the son of Late Matlu Manjhi. You can find us at Kusumdih, which is where we do all our meetings and keep the records for the group. The pin code here is 825330. It isn't a big fancy office building or anything like that, just a house where we get together to figure out the farming stuff for the season. We are just a bunch of farmers from around this area trying to work together. It’s a lot of work dealing with the crops and the weather, so having this group helps us out. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who handle the paperwork and talk to the other farmers. People in the village know where Chhotka Manjhi lives, so it’s easy to find us if you are from around here. We spend our days checking on the seeds and talking about what needs to be planted. Sometimes the office is a bit messy with papers and bags, but that’s just how it goes when you’re busy with the land. We don’t have any big corporate goals, we just want to keep things moving for the local people. It’s a simple place with simple people doing their best with what they have. That’s pretty much us.
