Gyani

We are located over at shops 49 and 50 in Azad Market. Since we’re in the Telco area of Jamshedpur, we see a lot of people who work over at Tata Motors. It’s a hardworking part of town. Our space isn't very large, just two shop units joined together, but we make it work. Most days it’s just the sound of the market outside and the fans going inside. We don’t go in for anything fancy. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint soon, but for now, they are fine. We focus more on what’s happening in the kitchen than how the curtains look. It gets pretty dusty out here in the market, so we spend a lot of time sweeping the front. People stop by on their way home or during their lunch breaks. We know a lot of the faces by now. It’s the kind of place where you can just sit down and relax for a minute without anyone bothering you. We’ve been Gyani for a while, and we just keep things moving along. Sometimes the deliveries are late or the power flickers, but that’s just life in Jamshedpur. We deal with it and keep the doors open. It’s a simple setup, nothing more, nothing less. We’re just here in Azad Market doing our work and serving whoever walks through the door.
