Agarwal Zaika Restaurant

We are located on the first floor of Annapurna Market in Bistupur. It’s right above the Gini and Jony showroom on the main road. Jamshedpur is a town that loves to eat, and being in Bistupur means we are right in the thick of it. You have to walk up the stairs to get to us, which sometimes makes it a bit quieter than the shops right on the sidewalk. The air conditioner hums in the corner and we try to keep the windows closed to block out the dust from the road. We have a lot of regular people who come in after they finish their shopping in the market below. The kitchen has been in the same spot for years, and the staff knows exactly where every pot and pan belongs. We don't go in for fancy lighting or music. It’s just a place with chairs and tables where you can sit down for a while. Sometimes the market gets very crowded on the weekends and we have people waiting near the entrance. We just handle it as it comes. The walls have a few simple pictures on them, nothing special. We spend most of our time making sure the groceries are fresh and the staff is ready for the lunch rush. It’s a steady kind of work and we like being part of this neighborhood in Jamshedpur.
