Blue Diamond Restaurant

We are over at Shop No 12 on Kalimati Road in Sakchi. If you know Jamshedpur at all, you know Sakchi is always moving. We are right beside National Electronics, which is a big help when people are trying to find our door. Our address is 831001, right in the middle of all the action. Blue Diamond Restaurant has been part of this street for a while. We aren't trying to win any awards or be the fanciest place in town. We just open up every morning, sweep the floor, and get things ready for the lunch crowd. Kalimati Road can get pretty packed with cars and bikes, so it’s always lively outside. Inside, we just try to keep things organized. The kitchen is small but we make it work. Most of us here have lived in Jamshedpur our whole lives, so we know the people who walk by every day. It’s a local business through and through. We don't have a marketing department or anyone telling us how to speak. We just talk to our customers like neighbors because that’s mostly who they are. Sometimes we run out of something or a lightbulb goes out, and we just fix it and keep going. It’s a basic, honest way to run a restaurant. We’re just glad to be part of the Sakchi community and hope to stay here on Kalimati Road for many more years to come.
