Franks Restaurant

You can find Franks Restaurant right on M Road in Bistupur. We are directly in front of the LIC building, which is a big landmark around here in Jamshedpur. Being in the middle of a busy commercial area means we are always on our toes. The lunch hour is usually our busiest time because all the office people come across the street looking for something to eat. We have a few tables and chairs that have seen better days, but they do the job. My staff and I spend the mornings prepping the kitchen and making sure we have enough of everything before the 1 PM rush hits. It gets pretty loud in here with everyone talking and the clattering of spoons, but that’s just how it is. Sometimes the traffic on M Road is so bad that you can hear the horns even with the door shut. We’ve been here at 831001 for a long time, so we know most of the people who work in the LIC building by name. It’s a straightforward place to get a meal. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we’d rather just focus on getting the food right and keeping the floor swept. It’s a lot of work running a restaurant in a spot like this, but we like being in the heart of Bistupur. It feels like we are part of the city’s daily rhythm.
