Zuiver Buildcon Private Limited is over in the Shakarpur area of East Delhi. Specifically, we are at S-550/551 on the ground floor of School Block II. It is a busy neighborhood with schools and markets, so there is always a lot going on right outside our door. We are a small team of people who handle construction and building projects. We do not have a fancy office with leather chairs and glass walls. Our place is more about work, with blueprints spread out on the tables and samples of tiles tucked into corners. We started this business because we wanted to work for ourselves and build things the right way. We are not into marketing or big sales pitches. We just talk to people like neighbors because that is what they are. Sometimes the Delhi heat makes the work really tough, but we keep going. The streets in Shakarpur can be very narrow, which makes getting materials to the site a real challenge. We have had to learn how to manage those logistics over the years. We do not make any grand claims about being the best. We just do the work we are hired for and try to be honest about the costs and the time it takes. It is a straightforward way of doing things, and it seems to work for us. Most of our jobs come from word of mouth from people living around School Block.
