You can find Bhawani Realtech Private Limited at A-53 Yojana Vihar on the second floor. It’s a bit of a walk up the stairs, but it’s a good quiet spot for us to handle our business. We spend a lot of time looking at papers and maps because that is just the nature of what we do here. The office isn't very large, but it fits what we need. We mostly deal with the local surroundings and the people who live nearby in the Yojana Vihar area. It isn't a high-pressure environment with people in suits everywhere. We just wear what's comfortable and talk to people like they are our neighbors, because usually, they are. Sometimes the tea lady comes by and we take a break, but then it's back to the files. We don’t have a big website with lots of photos. We prefer to talk to people face to face when they come by the second floor. It feels more honest that way. We've had this office for a bit and we like the location because it's easy for people to find once they get into the colony. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes across the desk each day without making any big claims or promises we can't keep. It's just us doing our thing in our own way, and that seems to work out just fine for everyone involved in the end.
