You can find us over at Surajmal Vihar B 7. Sethi Buildwell Pvt Ltd is basically a place where we manage projects and talk to contractors. Our office isn’t much to look at, just some desks and a lot of maps and blueprints pinned to the walls. We deal with construction and property stuff every single day. It involves a lot of phone calls to people who are late with deliveries and checking on sites to make sure the walls are actually straight. Sometimes the weather ruins our schedule, and other times things go exactly as planned, which is a nice surprise. We’ve been working out of this B 7 spot for quite a while now. We know the local vendors and the guys who supply the bricks. It’s a lot of grit and dust. We don’t really do the whole corporate thing with long meetings that don't go anywhere. We’d rather be out looking at a foundation or checking the plumbing. It’s hard work and your shoes are always dirty by the end of the shift. We just handle the building process from the ground up. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we just take it one day at a time. The neighborhood is quiet compared to some other parts of Delhi, which we appreciate when things get stressful. There is a small tea stall nearby where we get our morning start. It’s a simple life, but it keeps us busy enough throughout the week.
