We've been here in Mayur Vihar Phase-III for a while now, tucked away in Pocket-A of the Mig Flats at number 151. It’s a busy part of New Delhi, and our office is just a regular place where we get through the daily pile of housing work. People come in and out, asking about flats or wanting to sort out their documents. It’s not a fancy glass building or anything like that. Just a few desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of folders. The traffic outside can get pretty loud during the evenings, but we’re used to it. We handle the local real estate side of things, mostly focusing on this area and nearby spots. Sometimes the tea guy from around the corner comes by, and that’s usually when we take a breather. It’s steady work, nothing too glamorous. We just try to keep things moving and help the folks who walk through the door looking for a place to stay or trying to sell what they have. Most of the day is spent on the phone or tracking down bits of information for people. It gets a bit hectic sometimes with all the rules changing, but we just take it one day at a time. This neighborhood has changed a lot over the years, and we’ve seen new buildings pop up everywhere. Being right here in the middle of it helps us stay on top of what is happening.
