Sikka Group

We are over at Lakshmi Nagar PSK 14. Sikka Group is a name people see on boards around here, but inside the office, it’s just us working through a mountain of tasks. Lakshmi Nagar is always crowded, and our office reflects that energy. It’s not a quiet, sterile place. There’s always someone coming in to ask about a new project or a payment. We spend a lot of time coordinating between different sites and the main office. Real estate development is a messy business with a lot of moving parts. We deal with architects, laborers, and buyers all day long. Sometimes things get delayed because of some permit or a shortage of materials, and we just have to deal with it. We aren't trying to be the most polished company in the world; we just want to get the buildings finished. Our desks are usually a mess of site photos and legal documents. It’s a lot of pressure, but we’ve been doing this for a while. We know the local landscape and what people are looking for when they move to this side of the river. It’s just a normal workplace with people trying to do their jobs without making too much of a fuss about it. We often stay late checking the progress of the various sites on our map. It’s tiring, but the day goes by fast when you have this much to do.
