Rajnagar Residency

If you look for No. 218 in Jagriti Enclave, you’ll find Rajnagar Residency right there near Karkardooma. It’s a busy part of the area, and things never really seem to slow down. Our building has been here for a bit, and we spend our days making sure things stay running. Most of the time, that means dealing with a leaky pipe, a light that won’t turn on, or someone who lost their front door keys again. It’s just the usual stuff you deal with when you’re looking after a place where people live. The hallways can get a bit dusty if the wind is blowing the wrong way outside, so there is always someone sweeping or cleaning up. We have a small office where we keep the records and take calls. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other times it's quiet for hours. We know most of the people who come in and out every day. It’s a community, really, even if everyone is busy with their own lives. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know how the boiler works and which fuses tend to pop. Living and working in Jagriti Enclave means you get used to the sounds of the neighborhood. We try to keep the place decent. It’s not a five-star hotel, just a residency where we try to keep things organized so people can go about their day without too much trouble or confusion.
