Thapar Homes Limited

Our office is at S-70-A in the Sunder Block of Shakarpur. Being in Delhi-110092, we are right in the middle of a very crowded and busy neighborhood. Thapar Homes Limited has been operating from this small spot for quite some time. It’s a typical Shakarpur street, where the buildings are very close together and there’s always something happening right outside the door. Our office is a bit cramped with all the blueprints, maps, and documents we have to keep track of for our work. We have a few chairs for when people come in to talk, but mostly it’s just us working at our old desks. We deal with a lot of different people every day. It’s hard work and the hours can be long, especially when we have to go out and look at different properties or sites. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet people. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it. The Sunder Block is a very familiar place to us, and we’ve seen it change a lot over the years. We just try to keep up with all the changes in the city and the local rules. It’s a practical workspace, nothing more than that. We focus on the details of the houses and the land we’re dealing with. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication on the phone. We just stay here in Shakarpur and work.
