We are located on the third floor of E-182 A in Janta Garden, right in the Pandav Nagar area of Delhi. S.P. Singh Saini is the person you usually see around the office here. It’s a busy spot and the traffic outside can be pretty loud, but that is just how Delhi is. We’ve been using this space for a while now to handle the daily work for Parsvnath Landmark Developers. It is not a huge or fancy office, just a practical place with some desks and a lot of files. We spend most of our time dealing with paperwork for various projects and talking to people who stop by. Sometimes the lift doesn't work right, so we end up taking the stairs a lot. The neighborhood is mostly families and local shops, so we know the people around here. It's a small team and we just try to get the job done without too much fuss. We drink a lot of tea while we look over building plans. It’s just a normal workplace where we try to stay organized. If you are coming to see us, look for the sign near the staircase. We don't do anything flashy, just the basic day-to-day operations for the company. There are always people coming in and out with different documents. We try to keep things moving as fast as we can, but sometimes things take time. It's just a regular local business life.
