Our office is in Pratap Nagar, which is part of Mayur Vihar Phase I. It’s an interesting spot because we have both an old address, Old No-86-A, and a new one, New No-166. It sometimes confuses the delivery people or new clients, but we’ve been here long enough that most locals know where we are. Zameen Buildtech is where we handle the building and technical side of land development. The office is pretty simple and functional, without any unnecessary bells and whistles. We have our desks set up with all the tools we need to review construction plans and property records. The neighborhood is a mix of residential homes and small businesses, so it feels quite grounded and real. We spend a lot of time going through documents and talking to people about their land and building needs. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment, but we stay very busy nonetheless. We usually have the radio on in the background or just listen to the street sounds while we work through our stacks of paperwork. Sometimes we have to go out and measure things ourselves or check on a site in another part of the city. We like the local feel of being in Pratap Nagar. It’s a straightforward business, and we prefer to keep our operations honest and simple. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks of building and making sure everything is done correctly according to the local regulations we have to follow. It’s just how we get things done.
