Welcon Contracts Private Limited

Welcon Contracts Private Limited is based out of Shakarpur, over at A-160, Master Block. It’s a solid spot in East Delhi, and we’ve been here for a while now. The neighborhood is busy, and our office fits right in with the other local businesses around us. We do contracting work, which basically means we spend our time managing projects and making sure things are built right. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a place where we sit down to figure out the logistics and handle the bills. Most of the real action happens out on the various sites we’re working on. We’re just a regular group of people trying to do a good job. We don’t use corporate slogans or try to act like we’re a giant firm. We’re Welcon, and we’re in Shakarpur. That’s about it. Some days the traffic in East Delhi makes things slow, but we’ve learned to plan around it. We handle a lot of the boring stuff like permits and material orders so that the construction can keep moving. It’s not always glamorous work, but it’s what we know how to do. We prefer talking to people directly rather than through emails or fancy presentations. If you come by Master Block, you’ll see we’re just hard at work. We keep things simple and practical, focusing on the tasks we have in front of us today and making sure we don't miss any details. It's just us at our Shakarpur office.
