V.K.A Construction and Developers Private Limited is based in New Ashok Nagar. Our office is on the first floor, and the building numbers are B-244 and B-893. It can be a little confusing for delivery drivers because of the old and new numbering, but we are easy to find once you are on the street. We are a local team in East Delhi. We don’t have a high-rise office or a fleet of fancy cars. We just have our desks and our project files. We do construction and development, which means we spend a lot of time looking at land and talking to workers. We don't have any of those shiny brochures with fake smiles. We just show you the blueprints and the progress on the ground. The 110096 area is where we do most of our work. It’s a crowded part of the city, so things can be slow sometimes. We don't pretend to be the biggest or the fastest. We just try to be the most practical. We tell people the truth about how much things cost and how long they take. Our office is usually full of the smell of tea and the sound of the traffic outside. We are just regular guys who like building things. We don't have a grand vision, we just want to do right by the people we work for.
