Videesh Developers Private Limited is located on the third floor of A-119 in Anand Vihar. It’s a well-known area in East Delhi, right near the border. We’ve been operating from here for some time now, focusing on property development. Developing land and buildings in a place like Delhi is never simple. There are always a hundred things to check and double-check. Our office is a simple setup where we do our planning and meet with people. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters, just a place where the work gets handled. We spend many hours discussing layouts, talking to architects, and dealing with all the legal bits that come with developing property. Sometimes it feels like we spend more time on the phone than anywhere else. We’ve got a small group of people here who really know the market. We don't go around making big promises we can't keep. We just look for good opportunities to build something useful and then we get to work. Anand Vihar is a busy place, and it keeps us on our toes. There’s always noise from the street, but we’ve gotten used to it. We just focus on the task at hand. If we are working on a new site, we are there every day making sure things are moving. It’s a tough business, but we enjoy seeing a project come together from nothing. It keeps us motivated to start the next one.
