Vaanya Contractors is located at Shop No 01 on the first floor of Anshul Plaza Market in the AL Block of Shalimar Bagh. It’s a local market spot, so there is always a bit of a buzz around the plaza. Rajesh Khandelwal is the name you’ll see associated with the place. We’ve been in this shop for a while, and it serves as our main base of operations. Being on the first floor gives us a little bit of a view of the market activity below. Shalimar Bagh is a solid neighborhood, and we like being right in the middle of a commercial block. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some chairs for visitors and desks where we do our bookkeeping and project planning. It’s not a polished corporate suite, just a working shop where things get sorted out. We don’t really do a lot of advertising because most people in the AL Block know we are here. The stairs can be a bit steep, but it’s part of the charm of these older plaza buildings. We handle all the contracting details right from this room. Some days are quieter than others, but there’s always something to update or a call to make. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. We focus on the work at hand and don’t worry too much about having a fancy appearance. It’s just us at the plaza.
