Utkrisht Buildhome Llp

We are over here at Shop No 21 in the CSC No 2 area of Yojana Vihar. It’s a pretty standard spot in East Delhi. We’ve been operating as Utkrisht Buildhome Llp for a while now. Most days it’s just us handling the paperwork and talking to people who come by the shop. It's not a huge place, just a regular shop where we manage our building projects. People in the neighborhood know us mostly by the name on the board outside. We do a lot of coordination from this desk. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with the phones ringing and people walking in from the market outside, but that’s just how it is in Delhi. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation with fancy glass walls. It's just a local office where we get things done. Most of the work involves figuring out how to get homes built or fixed up for folks around here. We decided to set up in Yojana Vihar because it’s central for us. Usually, one of us is here from morning until evening. It's a bit dusty sometimes because of the construction nearby, but we don't mind it much. That’s about it for us really.
