Utkila Construction & Services Private Limited is based on the ground floor of building 49 in Krishan Kunj Colony. This is in the Laxmi Nagar area of East Delhi. Laxmi Nagar is known for being packed with people and businesses, and we are right in the thick of it. We provide construction services and handle various maintenance tasks. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for workers to come in and out with tools or plans. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we get the work done. We spend our mornings planning out the day's tasks and the afternoons usually involve a lot of phone calls to different sites. It can get a bit chaotic when several projects are going on at once. We don't use any fancy language to describe ourselves. We are just a local crew that knows how to build and fix things.
