Urbantech Buildcon Private Limited

Our office is located up on the third floor at C-603 in Ganesh Nagar Part Ii. Shakarpur is a very hectic place to work but we actually like being in such a central spot. Urbantech Buildcon Private Limited is the name we use for our operations. Honestly, the stairs up to the third floor can be a real struggle when it gets hot in the afternoon. We do a lot of residential and commercial building work around this specific part of East Delhi. It is mostly just us handling all the day-to-day coordination and planning. Some days the phone simply does not stop ringing. We spend a lot of time dealing with various contractors and workers. It takes a huge amount of patience to get everything lined up correctly. Sometimes the bad weather messes up our entire schedule, especially during the heavy monsoon rains. We have been in this location for quite a bit. The neighborhood is full of other small businesses just like ours. We mostly just focus on finishing the current projects we have on our plate. It is not a big corporate setup by any means. We have a few simple desks, a printer that jams way too often, and plenty of files stacked up against the walls. People often come by to talk about their small plots or home renovations. We listen, take notes, and try to figure out a way to move things forward. It is just steady work.
