Unitech Machines Limited is based at 111 D, Pocket 6, in the Mig Flats of Mayur Vihar Phase 3. We are in the New Kondli area of Delhi, zip code 96. It’s a residential-feeling spot, being in the Mig Flats, so it feels very much like a neighborhood business. We don't have a massive warehouse or a glass tower. We work out of this unit, and it suits us just fine. The stairs can be a bit of a climb if you aren't used to them, but we do it every day. Inside, it's all about the machines and the paperwork that goes with them. We aren't the type to use big marketing words or try to sell you on a dream. We just show up at Mayur Vihar and get to work on whatever is on the schedule. The area around Pocket 6 is usually buzzing with people going about their lives, kids playing, and neighbors chatting. It makes for a nice backdrop to our workday. We’ve been here long enough that we don't really need a map to find our way around the maze of flats. We just do our thing, keep the machines running metaphorically, and stay out of trouble. It’s a practical way to live and work. We don't have a mission statement on the wall, just a calendar and maybe a few notes taped up. That’s how we like to run things here. It's honest and direct, just like the people who live nearby.
