We operate out of 601, Dda Building in the District Centre of Laxmi Nagar, sharing space with Assocom India. It’s a typical office setup, but what we do here at the American Institute Of Baking is pretty specific. We focus on the technical side of baking. It’s not just about making a cake; it’s about the science and the safety of how food is produced. We spend our days going over standards and helping people understand the right way to run a commercial bakery. It’s a lot of paperwork, manuals, and technical discussions. We don't have a kitchen here in the office, but we talk about them all day. It’s a practical way to help the industry. Some people think it’s just about recipes, but we look at the equipment and the processes too. Being in Laxmi Nagar means we’re right in the middle of a lot of activity, which can be distracting, but we manage. We aren't here to be flashy. We just want to make sure the standards are followed and that the people in the trade know what they’re doing. It’s regular office work with a focus on a very old craft. We’ve got a small team, and we all just pitch in to keep things moving. It’s a quiet but steady kind of job that we’ve been doing for years.
