Our place is over in Pandav Nagar at F-213. It’s a food business, so it usually smells like something is cooking in the back. We aren't a big fancy restaurant chain with a million-dollar marketing budget. We are just here in New Delhi making sure people get fed. The kitchen gets really hot, especially in the summer months, but that’s just part of the job. We have been in this spot for a while now. People know us in the neighborhood. We handle a lot of logistics from this office and kitchen space. It’s a bit crowded sometimes with all the crates and supplies coming in. We try to keep it organized, but when lunch hour hits, it gets a bit chaotic. That’s just the nature of the food industry. We have a small team, mostly people who live nearby. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just make food and get it where it needs to go. Sometimes we run out of ingredients and have to rush to the market. It’s a lot of running around. The floors are a bit worn down from all the walking and the heavy boxes. We don't have a big fancy sign out front, just the address on the door. It’s a practical workspace. We focus on the day-to-day. If you came by, you’d see us on the phones or packing things up for delivery. It’s a busy life but we’re used to it by now.
