Our office and main setup is at D-590 in West Vinod Nagar. It’s a busy corner of Delhi, not too far from IP Extension. If you know this part of the city, you know the streets are tight and there’s always a rickshaw or a truck blocking something. We operate out of this building, and it’s where all the real work happens. It’s not a flashy corporate headquarters with glass walls. It’s more of a practical space where we handle the books and the logistics. There is usually a lot of noise coming from the street, and we are constantly moving boxes or checking inventory. We’ve been in Vinod Nagar for quite some time now, so we are used to the pace. The neighborhood is mostly families and small businesses, just like us. We don't have a PR person writing our history; we just started small and kept going. Some days are stressful when deliveries are late or the power goes out, but that’s just part of working in Delhi. We keep a small team, and everyone knows what their job is. It’s an honest way to make a living. We don't spend time on fancy speeches or mission goals. We just make sure the business keeps running and the food gets to where it needs to go. It’s busy, it’s loud, but it’s ours.
