Unique Realbuild Llp

We are located on the third floor of B-260 in Yojana Vihar. It’s a nice enough spot in East Delhi, a bit quieter than some of the main commercial hubs. Unique Realbuild is just our small team working on various real estate and building projects around this side of town. The office is usually full of maps and blueprints spread out over the desks. We spend a lot of time talking to people who want to fix up their properties or start something new. It’s not always easy, especially with all the rules and regulations you have to follow in Delhi, but we manage. We aren't really the type to use big words or fancy presentations. We just sit down with a cup of tea and figure out what needs to happen next. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, so we end up taking the stairs a lot. Being in Yojana Vihar means we are close to a lot of our project sites, which makes it easier to go check on things. We’ve lived in this area for a long time, so we know the neighborhoods pretty well. It’s just us trying to make a living and helping people get their buildings finished. We don’t have a big marketing department, just a phone and a desk. It's a bit of a climb to the third floor sometimes but we are here every day making sure the projects don't stall.
