Uniland Construction India Private Limited

Uniland Construction is located over in East Delhi, specifically at Agrasen Apartment in I.P. Extension. Our office is in flat L-401, which is part of a bigger residential complex. It is a bit different from having a shop on a main road because it is quieter, though the climb up to the fourth floor can be a bit much if the elevator is being cranky. We use this space to manage our construction projects all over the East Delhi area. It is a small office filled with files, site photos, and a lot of empty tea cups. We are not a big corporate firm with hundreds of employees; we are just a small group trying to get buildings up and running. Most days are spent on the phone or meeting with contractors to figure out why something is taking longer than it should. Shakarpur and Gandhi Nagar are nearby, so there is always a lot of activity in the surrounding streets. We like being in I.P. Extension because it is a central spot for us to reach our different sites. It is not a fancy setup with modern art on the walls or anything like that. We just have what we need to work. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. It is just a normal business run by people who know the local area well and stay busy.
